We, Japanese as you know, love soybeans.
There is an uncountable number of soybean products.
soy sauce
miso
natto
tofu
soy milk
edamame
Perhaps a kind is included in every meal!!
Sometimes, the breakfast menu can be
miso soup with tofu
cold tofu with spring onion
natto
and some pickles
Can you count how many soybean products there are?
Anyways,
cafe SOY is loved by the locals in every way
just like we love soy-products
and it is the place I MUST visit every once in a while
to relax and charge my energy!!

The food, the atmosphere, the service are all so perfect.

The cafe is located a bit away from the central part
and that's what I like about the place as well.
In fact, I want to keep the place secret for myself
