今日もまた「おいしい出会い」を求めて
スーパーさとうへ行ってきます。
I bought three things at the local supermarket called
"Satoh" few days ago.
I've noted about "Satoh" in my previous post
it is a supermarket loved by the local residents.
The three things I bought were
Asazuke (pickles)
Jinya Tofu (bean curd)
and Inaka Aburaage (deep fried bean curd)
All three are products made in this area.
Of course they are made everywhere in Japan
but each has different tastes.
Products made in good soil and clean water make them very special and tasty.
I haven't tried the "aburaage" yet.
I'm thinking of the best way to cook them.
I've tried the "asazuke" in the simplest way with cooked rice
and "tofu" simmered in dashi soup then dipped in ponzu.
I guess I don't need to explain how good they were,
you can probably imagine.
I've got the "membership card" of the supermarket
so why not visit "Satoh" again today to find another "yummy products" there.
