Today, I'm writing about the "stollen" of our favorite bakery
Panove!!
Actually, there are so many wonderful bakeries in town,
and we love them all in different ways
but this is the one that we go often in particular!!
We love their baguette and
we enjoy a fondue or a sub party when we get their baguettes!!
Imagine a huge sub with the freshest veggies & the freshest baguette!!
There are so many bread and pastries that I want to introduce
but its December and I would love to talk about the most delicious stollen.
Evey year, they prepare two different types of stollen, one is fruit
and the other is with poppy seed paste.
This year, they did a collaboration with the famous cake shop
and made a different stollen with plenty of almonds and candied citrus.
We were, of course, planning to enjoy it
little by little every day until Christmas
BUT
that is impossible!!!!!
We are quite sure we're going to finish it in less than a week.
We just loooooooooove the stollen and we want to
speak out loud about it but at the same time
we really want to keep this to ourselves.
We're so lucky to have such a wonderful bakery
which never stops seeking for the better.

今日、ご紹介するのは
パヌーヴです。
パヌーヴのバゲットをよく買います！
バゲットは大体いつも３本ほどお願いして
フォンデューパーティか、バゲットサンドパーティをします。
想像してください、
高山の新鮮野菜とバゲットの組み合わせを！！！
他にも紹介したい商品がたくさん！
ただ、12月ですし、今回はシュトレンについて書きますね。
フルーツたっぷりシュトレン、
してケシの実のペーストのシュトレンが毎年の定番です。
今年はその他に「ツィトロナート（シトロン）シュトレン」が加わりました。
有名なケーキ屋さんとのコラボ商品、
アーモンドと柑橘がとにかくたくさん入った
香りと食感が最高の一品です。
もちろん、
少しずつ少しずつ、
3週間くらいかけていただくつもりでした。
無理！
無理なんです。
一週間もたないです。
家族みんな大好きでした☆
この感動を大声で叫びたいところなんですが、
だめだめ、
ライバルが増えてしまいます。
ここでこっそりとつぶやくだけにしておこう 笑。
