We have been away for more than a week
during the winter break
and children's school has just begun today.
The year 2019 has started and we probably have to say
our regular days have begun.
There's one thing we have to report here.
We will be leaving our most loving Takayama in a few months.
It's been 4 years and 2 months here
(4 years and 5 months when we'll be leaving)
and we feel so horrible having to move out of this beautiful city.
There are so many places we need to visit before leaving
and most importantly, there are so, so many people we want to
meet and spend time with!!
Of course, we want to make sure
to inform you with a lot of fun things,
but forgive us if we did not have enough time to do so.
We spent a fun "new years day" literally skated around the town :)
Yesterday, it was -10 degrees!!!
We'll surely miss this freeeeeezing morning
so we shall enjoy each and every coldness that we can
only experience in Takayama.
年が明けて、10日以上が経ってしまいました。
元日はこちらにおりましたが、その後、昨日まで
出ておりました。
高山は学校の始まりが遅いので、本日やっと
日常が戻ってきたイメージです。
そして、こちらの小中学校は二期制なので、
３学期ではなく、後期の続きがスタートいたしました。
ご存知の方も多いと思いますが、
こちらに来て4年2ヶ月、
後３か月弱で高山を去ることになりました。
寂し過ぎて、現実逃避したい私たちです。
立つ前に、行きたいところがたくさんあります。
一緒に時間を過ごしたい方がたくさんいます。
それこそ、高山についてお伝えしたいことが山ほどありながら
こちらに使う時間が少なくなってしまう予感がしています。
短文でもなんでも、お伝えできるようにがんばりますね。
元日は、楽しい町歩きをしました。
いえ、町滑りでした、どちらかと言うと＾＾
そして昨日は－10℃を下回る朝でした。
こんな寒い朝も後少しと思うと
楽しむしかないっ。
